Rooms were great, and unlike many places in Europe had great personalized climate control. Sleek, modern, comfortable with great beds. Location also great but what makes this hotel was the staff. Reception was welcoming, and the staff at Fuego restaurant were amazing. Always ready to give me a carafe of water to bring back to my room after going running - saved having to find bottled water at shops. Also stop by the bar for a wine - staff is very knowledgeable and the argon dispensers are nature the wine by the glass is always fresh.

The AC Hotels in Wroclaw stands out as one of my favorite hotels in Poland for several reasons: - The staff, especially towards regular visitors and Marriott Bonvoy members, made my stay memorable with a nice gift of desserts and a room upgrade. - All rooms I've stayed in were well-maintained and fresh, without any noticeable issues. - The inviting spa zone with two saunas adds to the overall positive experience. - The staff's excellent hospitality is evident in their readiness to address any requests. - The hotel's perfect location, just 3 minutes from the city center (Rynek), enhances its appeal. Suggestion for improvement about the restaurant: While I appreciate the delightful dishes, it would be more convenient for guests if Marriott Points could be earned regardless of the billing method, not only when the bill assigned to a rented room, allowing for flexibility when visiting with friends.

Rooms are decent, the mattress isn't the best. Showers are great. Breakfast is nice but way over priced for what it is. The one thing I wish they would fix is the stairs to the lobby. If you're having stairs you really need to have a bell man and they don't have that. Asking the young people at the lobby to help you with luggage in a busy lobby doesn't feel right. Having said all of that, I'm a repeat customer and I probably will come back again. It's a clean and well run property.

My go-to hotel when staying in Wrocław (my daughter lives in London and we meet in the middle 2-3 times a year). My first activity is to head downstairs to the pool and sauna facilities which are both modern and peaceful (don’t forget your swimwear). The rooms are very well designed and incredibly spacious. The wardrobe space is functional and the prices are fair. I’ve stayed in most of 5 star hotels in town but settled on this one 2 years ago and now wouldn’t consider the others. The location is perfect, near the action but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Wrocław evenings.
